Easier error reporting in the Torghatten Group with the Tenix ServiceHub product

(Illustrasjon: Trønderbilene)

Tenix ServiceHub is now being used in more and more departments by the bus operators in the Torghatten group (Torghatten, Norgesbuss and Trønderbilene). More than 500 employees, both bus drivers and depot staff, now use the system to more easily handle faults on the buses than before. Previously, bus drivers had to note error messages in a paper-based system, and submit reports after the shift had been completed. With Tenix Depot Operations, the bus driver can easily register the error message in a mobile app, so that it is immediately available to the depot staff, who can then use the message to create a work order for the workshop. The next version of Tenix ServiceHub will arrive in 2021 and will also receive error messages that the vehicle automatically generates itself, based on data from the diagnostic system and any other sensor data on board. This will make it even easier to perform preventive error correction to prevent error situations from escalating.
